In order to register with Priority Realty Partners website, you must agree and comply to the following terms and conditions:

A) You must be an active license Real Estate Sales associate or Broker associate with the State of Florida and the DBPR.
B) Sales associate must have read, agreed and signed the physical documents with Priority Realty Partners “Operation Manual”.
C) Sale associate must have a signed contract to work as an independent contractor with Priority Realty Partners, and must be active and in good standing with Priority Realty Partners.
D) Sales associate, or Broker associate must advertise and publish marketing and or property information in accordance with the Chapter 475 of Florida Statute, must comply with all Miami Association Real Estate code of ethics, or current local Real Estate association, the sales associate is part of.
E) You understand and agree that Priority Realty Partners can change, modify and update all or part of the terms and conditions here without previous notice to the sale associate.
Sales associate must be reviewing this terms and condition periodically, to stay inform of this website and company terms and conditions.
F) After sales associate submit a request to have access and get approval to have acces and have username and password to have access to this website, sales associate must wait until Priority Realty Partners approved such request, and if the rules and regulations here are not met by applicant, then the request will not be granted.
F-1) After sales associate have access and request to have access it’s approved, Priority Realty Partners retain the right to terminate sales associate at any time the privilege to have access to this website and can have the account closed and or canceled if sales associate cease to be an active associate with Priority Realty Partners, and or if associate violate or is suspected of violating the rules, regulations, terms conditions, and code of ethics of the Miami Association of Realtors, and or local affiliated association of Realtors if other than Miami Association of Realtors.
G) Sales associate can only advertise listings on properties that sales associate or Broker associate have a current and active listing agreement, and have written permission by the property owner and or authorise agent, or member, to keep the property in an active status.
G-1) When the listing advertise it’s sold, closed or rented, the listing agent with in 24 hours, must place the property under Sold, Rented, pending, under contract, or cancelled status.
H) Sales associate understand that under Chapter 475 Florida statute every listing listed with Priority Realty Partners belong to the broker at Priority Realty partners and not the sales associate.
I) Sales associate and or Broker associate agree and understand that this access to the website it’s a privilege not a right and or an obligation for the associate to use or list any property or associate services, and those privilege can be revoked by Priority Realty Partners, Broker, or manager at any time without previous notice to Sales Associate or Broker associate.
J) All the equal housing rules must be followed on all posting, and non discrimination publication according to state and Federal laws must be followed.
K) Derogatory, or curst words are not allowed.
